    With a wide variety of areas of expertise, Kelly can provide customized training for your teachers with the flexibility to best meet your needs. Online? In-person? Evenings? Weekends? It’s up to you. We work with you to develop an approach that fits YOUR program.

  • Individualized Coaching

    Sometimes teachers have the knowledge to be successful, but rarely is the best forward perfectly clear. Kelly can work directly with teachers to discuss potential approaches and to collaborate on how to implement effective practices in classroom settings.

Kelly Herndon, M.Ed.

Kelly has been in education for over 15 years and has worked as an aide, special education teacher, administrator, trainer, and coach in early childhood and elementary settings across Denver, Colorado. With degrees in theatre and special education, Kelly has found her niche in providing engaging professional development opportunities for educators. Her experience working directly with children and families, along with her knowledge of adult learning principles, results in training and coaching that consistently meet the needs of teachers and administrators. Kelly has an ECPC 3.0 Level 6, Coach Credential, Trainer Credential, and Special Education Generalist Teaching License. In her free time, she loves baking, cheering on her sports teams (Go Avs!), and enjoying the Colorado outdoors.
